~ 眼中钉？肉中刺？ ~这就是我今天所得的结论！ 正当我刚刚下定了决定要好好忍一忍， 用功地做好接下来一两个月的工作； 她们却一桶冷水把所有的热忱给浇灭了..They like very buay song to see me around & hope I'll throw letter faster!! Very unbalanced lor.. she talk to me in bird-language once again. ANGRY..Went to pass-up my test result to her today then she call me to sit down. Die lor, once she call me to sit down, she is going to nag again lor...
She say she got feedback that the whole group under her not able to perform and was instructed to talk to us!! angry lor. whoever hear this will feel unbalance one lor. STUPID!! 
Topic? She say we not able to produce, present, self-check own work, communicate status, do documents, cannot remember le... then make her need to stay late very often to wrap up thing for us as since we don wan to do, she has to do it to meet her performance level! Since when we dare to reject her? she will give us chance to reject ma?!! She say we all work as a group thus must make every one feeling happy in coming to work.. She should tell this to herself & T-rex lor!!!Of couse she then add in topics none other then the old things like need to must multi-task, must manage own time, watch time line, other then help desk; must make time for her testing/report developing/system documentation AND improve my UNIX & reporting skill so that able to provide "super-powerful-result" to impress user & HERSELF!!! Say wat Unix's task is assign to me for 6mths le but I produce nothing??? they got give me time to do tat kind of R&D ma? 讲话好象唱歌 lor..
Very angry lor.. I then suggest that I'll prepare & give her an every hour breakdown of wat I'm doing every day lor but she say she don wan?? wat U want? keep putting blame on me; I already doing my work every single hours & U will never catch me doing my own stuff de; but they still say U never do your job. don know where is their eye leh.Can't they let us have some happy-motivation to go office?
