Today is the doing of once-a-month monthly report. Busy.. that start my 不平衡的一天。 First, I'm forced to do test for my boss just because she going to on leave tomorrow and they need to hit stupid time-line then kana 骗 to do AOP after office hour.. ;D

While I busying with my monthly report, HC came to me and ask a very xian question : "你今天的时间怎么样 har?" Told her need quite sometime for my monthly report then those WEB report lor. Guess wat she say? She give remark that "Y U put all this to last minutes?", very buay song, told her "你看我哪里有空？" she just throw a very powerful line : "U have to manage your time la. Anyway, I want U to do testing for me as I cannot finish it on time le..." faint!! My job again. already told U I not free, still die die push your task over!!

Finally finish all those testing & reports by the end of the day, 17:20 le. And found GY is in her room doing his AOP, was still hoping that he don come out B4 17:30 so tat I can go on time... he came out @ 1725.. and my phone ring! is her!!! but she mention nothing of AOP but say: "B4 U go, pass me your laptop as i need it hor". Though this time she so good wor... but once I gave her tat and prepare to walk out, she ask again : "你的时间怎么样 har?" , told her I wanna go home le. She then say " Can I do your AOP with U?", told her "can do on monday or not since CCY not finish with the rest also wa, I pack finish le leh"... but hor that stupid bad women then say "boss want it by today and pls just give me 5 to 10 min to run through your AOP."

Xian la.. say NO already still force!! TMD!! Y every year I need to do AOP after office hour de!!!! was cursing & scolding in my heart.. but bo bian again lor..

When through that piece os AOP form and found I hit all her 'aim' or 'target performance needs' but hor kana C-ed. Think so far this 3 year, never hear anyone say they give higher then that. Maybe only to themselves get it ba. So stingy!! cannot understand how they mark our paper de. though can go le after signing it but she still talk non stop. So super lo-so & buay zi dong leh. cannot stand her.. I WANT TO GO HOME LAH!!!

Cannot remember the details le but say those bo liao thing like got problem must come in to say, must ask a lots of questions, must feed her with every single detail of project and don wait for her to chase for it, must communicate more with CCY also, will give more task next year, IT line don expect to go home & lunch on time, better management on my time and know how to 'piority' tasks and say NO to requests, don affect by those who leave etc..

Among all those topics, got one I very buay song de : "我发现你这一年来少了一股冲劲" and "U like to look after your time very often now a day". Got a shock when she say this. I ask her "wat make U feel this way? Since day one I monitor my knock off time one but got important thing to do then will stay back ma." she say "no, last time U very hard working one and will stay back to finish up your things" ??? VERY BUAY SONG; told her straight that "if got last minute and important thing, I'm willing to stay de & I'm doing tat wah; but if U want me to stay back everyday like U and do those never-ending thing, I'm not to it"..

I actually regret saying the word "like her" as tat lead her to say long story she do this because she got the "冲劲" to try to finish her project and hit time line for CCY to see... feel like ask her wat will I get If I have the same kind of "冲劲"... anyway I don think she meet her time-line lor... haiz... "also asked "is there anything I refuse to do for U that make U think I no longer hard working?" she say I recently produce my thing very slowly le!!! Alamak!! really have to clear my name this time!!!!!

I told her I seldom got time to eat-snake de wa and every day will sure busy once I step into office till knock off de (although I sometime spend a bit bit of time to play w mushroom;p). Last time can make it is I'm doing those thing FULL-TIME and now? The slowe-less is all caused by those rubbish task that they pass to me wah. She say she can see that and agreeded with that but still throw out this line : "U have to manage your time and pass out your task to Ke Li when U got problem." She think I like her, busy then push her task out to me. Ke Li stil new wa, how to do that? any way, I'm Keli's work mate not her boss.. Since U got eye to see, Y still complaint?

Then, she say something that I really wanna faint!! She say "我觉得你喜欢 helpdesk tasks 多过我给你的。。every time push her task to the last" !!! Told her if they willing to give instruction to free me from helpdesk, I la-gi happy. I hate my phone ring de. She did not reply but just smile... Wat kind of feedback is that? want me to take the job but see me do still wanna 'eye-red'...

Anyway, she also mention that "everybody in IT need to multi-task, U can never see one with single task after another de. U can put your project in higher pirority then when u hanged with some problem then go to your helpdesk task..." Is that true that all are multi tasked?? don know but I tell her straight that I'm not able to and sure ends up with all un-done de. How to keep those helpdesk task till my project finish/hanged then look into them? Users can wait ma?

Wat is the point of AOP when U want us to talk, we say le, U just block every single statement off & never want to absorb...

Useless la and waste my time nia.... that it took me in that room for 1hr 10min instead of the promised 5 to 10 min. :(

Y I so 苦命？ Everyday work like a cow still get response that I not hardworking enough!! Unfair!! Must everyday stay till midnight and come back on weekend then is consider as hardworking ma? Stupid la.
